Hello, I’m Melissa, an integrative psychotherapist. Through the transformative metaphor of the spiral, I help individuals navigate their way from pain to peace, discovering their true selves along the way.
I am dedicated to helping individuals heal from Complex Trauma (CPTSD) and Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) using a blend of traditional and holistic approaches to guide them toward mental well-being and personal growth. I am neurodivergent-informed as well as Sensory Processing Sensitivity/Highly Sensitive Person-informed.
My practice is a safe, supportive space for people who struggle with overthinking, feeling like they fit in, and finding true purpose in their lives to explore their feelings, past wounds, current thoughts and existential questions.
My focus is on helping to uncover the inner authenticity and self-acceptance that I believe is the foundation of true and lasting healing.
